The Lumbini state-level training program of RSVP, which is preparing for the by-election of Rupandehi-3, is starting from Friday morning in Bhairahawa. According to RASPA, the training will be conducted on Friday and Saturday under the Lumbini Province Training Academy.
According to Mahendra Upadhyay, Member of Lumbini Province of RSVP and Head of Campaign and Propaganda, the central leaders have arrived here to participate in the training which will be conducted from 9 am on Friday at Darbar Banquet at Gallamandi in Bhairahawa. He said that provincial committees, advisers, officials of district and regional committees and members of provincial departments will participate in the training. In the
event, Acting Chairman DP Aryal, Deputy Chairman Swarnim Wagle, Spokesperson Manish Jha, General Minister Kavindra Burlakoti, former Minister Sumana Shrestha and central members Toshima Karki, Krantishikha Dhital, Central Training Department Head and Co-Mahantri Bipin Kumar Acharya and others will provide training on party strengthening, Rupandehi-3 by-elections and membership increase.
It is said that the RSVP, which has kept 9 aspirants in the preliminary list for the by-election of Rupandehi-3, will prepare an election strategy and plan through training. Now the party has assigned the candidate aspirants to work areas to prepare the election strategy and basis for victory. One of the aspirants said that they could not respond because they were concerned with the internal code of conduct of the party . "The party has assigned assignments," he said, "I can't talk now."
