The district court demanded 30,000 bail from gangster Nike Chakra Milan

District Court Kathmandu has demanded a bail of Rs 30,000 from gangster Nike Chakra Milan.

District Public Prosecutor's Office Kathmandu registered a case against 19 people including Milan on Tuesday. Dipak Kumar Shrestha, information officer of District Court Kathmandu, informed that the district court has demanded bail while ordering detention on Wednesday.

Based on the investigation report of District Police Complex Kathmandu, a case was filed against the accused including Milan for the crime of indecent behavior. The bench of Judge Khimanand Bhusal demanded bail. They had filed a case for misdemeanor.

They were arrested on July 15 in a joint operation of Valley Crime Investigation Office and District Police Complex, Kathmandu. The police arrested 47 people along with them. Out of which 28 people were released. The district attorney's office made Ganesh Bahadur Bogti, Nirajan Paudel, Roshan Subedi, Rajesh Khadka, Sandeep KC, Rahul Khadka defendants along with Milan.

Similarly, Yamu Paudel, Saurabh Sunar, Dilliraj Kandel, Hrithik Lama, Chandradev Karki, Jit Bahadur Lama, Prakash Gole, Amir Ale Magar, Uttam Maharjan, Pranish Ketal, Raju Periyar and Safal Shahi were also made defendants.

The police arrested them on July 15th for rioting in the name of celebrating Milan's birthday party at midnight. arrested  was   The police arrested them when Chakra's birthday party was going on at Hotel Sambala in Maharajganj.
