Dr. Koirala has published his resignation letter through social network 'X' on Tuesday. He resigned with effect from October 30. Currently he has reached America.
He wrote on the social network 'X' - 'I am working as a senior consultant cardiac surgeon, head of the cardiovascular department, and I am currently unable to remain in that position due to personal reasons and will not be able to attend the center before October 16, 2025, so I request you to accept my resignation effective from October 30, 2082 and also inform the board of directors.'
He also expressed his wishes for the progress of the center, the dreams of former health minister Gagan Thapa, current health minister Pradeep Paudel and the commitment of the federal government towards health services.
