Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has instructed to come up with a concrete plan with a new framework to make distribution of chemical fertilizers more efficient.

After the lack of fertilizer in the market, Prime Minister Oli discussed three points with Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Ramnath Adhikari and Industry Minister Damodar Bhandari at Singhdarbar on Tuesday. 

He has also instructed to conduct a national campaign for the production and use of compost and organic fertilizers and to come up with a subsidy policy proposal. Similarly, he has also instructed to bring a study plan to open a chemical fertilizer factory in Nepal to save soil fertility.
