In the meeting of the party workers held in Siraha on Thursday, Singh said that the schedule should be made and the work should be done to complete the convention. 'Active membership had to be renewed, new active membership had to be given, then there is no convention, right?' Singh said, 'It is only done by shouting that the work that needs to be done on time is not done and the convention has to be held on time?' Singh also said that there is a provision in the party constitution to hold a convention every four years.
It is stated in the constitution of the party that there should be a convention every four years. If some calamity occurs, if the party does not complete the work to be done, the deadline will be extended by one year . "Every chairman has added," said Singh, "not only that, but the Constituent Assembly could not do it in five years, held an all-party meeting, and after satisfying everyone, the work of writing the constitution falls on one side when the Congress is leading, so the constitution was amended to add another 6 months."
