Prakash Jwala, Member of Parliament of CPN (Unified Socialist) has requested the investigation committee to bring a report clearly mentioning the people and actions involved in the process of removing the 'cooling off period' in the Federal Civil Service Bill.

Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Monday, MP Jwala made such a demand. He remarked that due to political and administrative interference, the cooling off period arrangement has been tampered with.

He said that in order to protect the dignity of the Parliament, an investigation report should be issued by naming the culprits of such interference. He also objected that the passport printing contract worth more than eight billion is being divided and given through setting. He said that the contract should be canceled and a new contract process should be conducted in a transparent manner.

He said, "For the sake of the dignity of the Parliament, despite the bare intervention of the power and political and administrative leadership, I strongly demand that the names and actions of the people who cheated and conspired to remove the cooling off period in the Federal Civil Service Bill should be brought up." Since the contract of printing more than 8 billion passports was broken and given to the setting, the said contract should be canceled and the new contract process should be carried forward. Arrangements are also being made regarding the purchase of goods for the endowment of the police and the armed police. That contract should also be canceled and done in a transparent manner.'
