Yadav said that women who are going to the court for legal recognition of polygamy will not be able to survive. "Such a retrogressive provision should be abolished," she said. Young rights activists are showing solidarity with him by sitting all day. "This is not the first time that such a controversial draft has been made, society will be in a more negative state if it continues like this," says Jasmin Ojha, a human rights activist and president of Mission Smile Nepal, who sat on the streets of Maitighar with Yadav all day.
