The meeting held on Saturday under the chairmanship of the leader of the parliamentary party Gangaram Chaudhary decided to call a meeting of the party central committee on July 9 and 10. The new practice of calling the party meeting by the parliamentary party has been in civil liberties.

There are four parliamentarians of civil liberties in the House of Representatives. Parliamentary party leader Chaudhary, chief whip Lalveer Chaudhary and whip Arun Chaudhary were present in the party meeting. MP Shrestha, who is also the party president, was absent from the meeting. "Considering the current situation of the party, it is necessary to have a comprehensive discussion to solve the problems that have arisen in the party, so it was decided to call a meeting of the Central Committee on the 9th and 10th of July at Sunrise Cafe Mid Baneshwar," said the decision of the parliamentary party meeting. He argues that since the Election Commission did not recognize the party's convention held in Tikapur last year, the party does not have a general secretary. But the parliamentary party has mentioned that there has been a special situation saying that Chairman Shrestha did not call the party meeting. Civil emancipation leaders and activists say that there is currently a 21-member founding working committee consisting of Shrestha as the chairman and 20 other members.

There is a power struggle between the guardian Resham Choudhary and the president Shrestha for a long time within civil emancipation. At the same time, the party president Shrestha is involved in financial irregularities. Due to civil emancipation, those who were ministers in the government of Far Western Province have been removed from the government due to controversy. In the Far West, initially Laxman Kishore Choudhary was removed from the government due to the audio incident of financial transactions, but recently Rameshwar Choudhary has been dismissed by the Chief Minister for being involved in financial irregularities. Civil Immunity, which is supporting the union and state governments, has lost the vote of confidence from the union and state governments and has gone to the opposition bench.

According to a central member of the party, after the chief minister dismissed the minister who had civil immunity in Far West, both Resham and Ranjita agreed to withdraw their support from the government, but they did not agree. There was internal conflict between them. 

President Shrestha Patron Chaudhary was against the appointment of MP Rameshwar Chaudhary as a minister. She tried to prevent MP Rameshwar from becoming a minister under any circumstances. She also sent a written instruction to the parliamentary party and a letter of recommendation to the Chief Minister to decide whether to send Kailash Chaudhary, her MP, as a minister. But since Chairman Shrestha was in the minority in the parliamentary party, the meeting of the parliamentary party decided to recommend Rameshwar, the MP chosen by Patron Chaudhary as the minister.
