11 people have been recommended for promotion as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), 11 as Superintendent of Police (SP) and 13 as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in the district police group of Nepal Police.
Additional Inspector General of Police Dan Bahadur Karki informed that today's meeting of the Nepal Police Headquarters Promotion Committee Secretariat recommended promotion according to sub-rule (4) of Rule 27 of the Police Regulations 2071.
According to him, Tula Bahadur Karki, Rakesh Singh, Rajeev Bahadur Basnet, Kamal Thapa, Praveen Dhital, Prakash Ranabhat, Gyanendra Prasad Phuyal, Deepak Pokharel, Dayanidhi Gyawali, Dipendra Shahi and Kedar Khanal will be promoted to SSP. Similarly, Anil Kumar Khadka, Mahesh Thapa, Dipendra Panjiar Tharu, Mahendra Nepal, Rupak Khadka, Premsagar KC, Dil Bahadur Malla, Keshav Bhattarai, Bhuvneshwar Prasad Sah, Sunil Malla and Deepak Khadka are in the list to become SP from DSP.
: Basant Gautam, Panchalal Gole, Homprakash Chowdhury, Anil Pandit, Prakash Thapa, Dilip Chhetri, Shekharjung Malla, Poshanraj Thapaliya, Raju Karki have become DSPs from inspectors. Similarly, there are Nishesh Chapagain, Chandra Bahadur Khadka, Hom Prasad Adhikari and Upendra Kharel.
