National Independent Party MP Manish Jha has said that he is in favor of abolishing the RSVP state assembly. Speaking at a program held in Kathmandu on Saturday, he said that the policy of the RSVP is to remain a province but abolish the provincial assembly.

He informed that they are proceeding to make arrangements to reach the provincial assembly through the local level of the province. He mentioned that the understanding and coordination between the provincial and local levels will be more effective after arranging for the provincial assembly to be conducted by the representatives of the municipalities. He also said that the RSVP is advancing its policy in line with the plan to reduce 21 ministries in the Union to 15. He says that the RSVP is also in favor of abolishing the commissions formed in different periods.

MP Jha said, "We want to reduce from 21 ministries to 15. The province remains, we want to abolish the provincial assembly. The local level of that province which reaches the Assembly of that province. The representatives of the municipalities arrive and hold meetings. Then the identity and coordination of the province and local will be more effective. Now they don't want to know or understand each other. This is how we should be able to explain our plans and policies.'

He added, 'Where we cut expenses, there are about 112 commissions and commissions. They were made in different periods. Even now, its vehicle, officials, employees, and office expenses are incurred. But that doesn't work. As soon as those 112 are closed, we will save 2-4 billion annually.

MP J accused the leaders of Nepali Congress and CPN-UML of not having their own plans, principles and strategies, and said that they are only working by answering the leaders of RSVP. Stating that the ruling party will not refute the opposition in the parliament, he also claimed that now the ruling party will be taught parliamentary practice by the RSVP.
