The secretariat meeting of CPN-UML is being held today at the party headquarters, Chasal. Office Secretary Bhishma Adhikari informed that the second legislative convention of the party will be discussed in the meeting held at 1 pm.

UML is making necessary preparations to hold the legislative convention of the party from 20th to 22nd of August in Godavari of Lalitpur. 

Similarly, UML's Politburo and Central Committee meetings are scheduled to be held on July 2nd and the Central Committee meeting on July 5th to prepare for the Legislative Convention. The office secretary officer said that the agenda of the Politburo and Central Committee meeting will be decided at the UML Secretariat meeting today.

Earlier, the 53rd Secretariat meeting of UML was held on June 11.
