The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority has published the incident details from May to June 32.
26 people died from lightning, 14 from fire, 13 from flood, 12 from animal attack, 11 from lake, 8 from storm, 6 from landslide, 2 from snakebite and 1 from heavy rain . The number of people missing from the flood is 22.
Similarly, the maximum number of 161 people were injured by lightning . According to the authority, 134 people were injured by fire, 46 by animal attack, 39 by storm, 26 by lake, 22 by snakebite, 7 by landslide, 6 by flood, 2 by forest landslide, 1/1 by hailstorm and boat capsizing.
1 thousand 246 families have been affected due to the most flood in this incident . Looking at the overall statistics of the disaster, lightning has caused a lot of human losses. In these three months, 26 people have lost their lives and 161 people have been injured due to lightning.
