General Administration Minister Rajkumar Gupta has responded in the House of Representatives to Land Minister Balram Adhikari, who was named in the bribery scandal regarding the appointment of the chairman of the Land Problem Resolution Commission Kaski and the transfer of the head of the Land Port Office Kaski.

Minister Adhikari has given a clarification that his name has been taken, but he and none of his subordinates have been attached to it.  Maoist MP Madhav Prasad Sapkota questioned about the audio of the bribe conversation. Sapkota asked the minister official, 'The audio of the Minister of General Administration has arrived . In that audio, they have also accused you of some things. If it is not the involvement as you say, why has it not been refuted to this day  And why didn't a satisfactory answer come? In the

reply, the ministerial officer claimed that there was no irregularity in the selection of the chairman of the land problem resolution commission of Kaski district or other districts. "Some things have come up in connection with our ministry and me, in the context of selecting the chairman, whether the minister is also connected in the context of making a commission or any members of the commission, not only me but in the context of making such a transaction and deal with my ministry and any person related to me, please bring the reality and we are ready to face legal consequences," said the minister official.

The minister also said not to ask questions based on what someone has done. He requested that he not be removed based on what someone has done . He said, 'The finger that gets poisoned will fall off, the people here will understand that .'

Minister Adhikari also said that he will make public what he heard in the bribery case . 'What should be done on the basis of hearing, if I feel that I have to make it public, I will make it public . If you want to say what you want to say now, please proceed based on the facts,' he said. The officer also said that it should be noted that he does not accept what he said in the audio saying that someone might have a desire to appoint someone.

'Someone's wish is to make it or not, it is something that the relevant people know . You didn't say that the minister doesn't listen, you didn't say that he doesn't talk. I also heard that it has come. You didn't say that. Speak on the basis of facts,' he urged the MPs.

Minister Gupta's conversation with the intermediary Kaski's land  The minister said that Khem Pun will not be appointed as the chairman of the problem solving commission. Gupta said that he did not believe what he said because the minister had already taken money from someone else. 

MP Prem Suwal also questioned the Minister Officer on the matter. In response, the minister asked to question only after understanding the reality. "In regards to giving that appointment, someone somewhere said that so-and-so would have been able to do it, if so-and-so would have been able to do it, I would like to request that if the Ministry of Land Management and the Minister have been connected based on someone's talk, let's understand the reality and speak," said the minister official. 

He asked the Minister of Land Management and any person in the ministry to come with evidence if they know that they have any dealings with the chairman or member of any commission or have taken money. If you find out, bring it with evidence. I am ready to take action even if it is the person concerned and myself,' he said.
