The special court has received a quality certificate from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As a sign of accountability, sustainability and success in judgment/judicial presentation in the justice system, the Special Court received the ISO certificate on Wednesday.
This certificate will be valid for the next three years. Even after that, it will continue if we work on judicial resolution and reform.
On Wednesday, the Nepal Quality and Weights and Measures Department gave this certificate to the court. Judge Teknarayan Kunwar, chairman of the special court, said that with the receipt of the certificate, the efforts to work with judicial reform and sustainability have been successful. In addition, Kunwar said that it will increase the confidence of the people in the efforts of judicial decision.
In recent years, the verdict rate of cases filed in the court has increased after Kunwar became the president.
