The Civil Rights Party has withdrawn its support to the Sudurpaschim provincial government on Friday. Civil Immunity has also prepared to withdraw its support from the Union Government. There is a constitutional provision that the prime minister or the chief minister should take a vote of confidence within 30 days after the party withdrawing support from the government.

After Chief Minister of Far West Kamal Bahadur Shah sacked Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Minister Rameshwar Choudhary on Thursday, the disgruntled Civil Immunity has decided to withdraw its support to the provincial government. Civil liberties president Ranjita Shrestha said that there is no reason to stay in the government after removing Minister Choudhary without discussion with them. "We have decided to withdraw support by holding a parliamentary party meeting in Far West," she said.

On behalf of civil liberties, Arun Kumar Chaudhary is the Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation in the Union Government. "Now we will also call Arunji back from the government," President Shrestha said. Even if Civil Immunity withdraws support, the government will remain strong. In the House of Representatives, there are 178 votes of Congress 88, UML 79, JSPA 7, LOSPA 4 in favor of the government.

Government spokesperson and Minister of Information and Technology Prithvisubba Gurung said that no information has been received about the withdrawal of support given to the government by Civil Immunity, but even if the support is withdrawn, the government will not be affected. "Even if Civil Immunity withdraws its support, the government remains strong," he said. In Article 100 (2) of the Constitution, it is stated that "if the party represented by the Prime Minister splits or the party participating in the government withdraws its support, the Prime Minister shall submit a proposal to the House of Representatives for a vote of confidence within 30 days".

There is a similar provision in Article 188 (2) of the Constitution that the Chief Minister should also take a vote of confidence.

According to Ekram Giri, Spokesperson and Joint Secretary of the House of Representatives, if a party that does not participate in the Council of Ministers withdraws its support even though it supports the government, it is not a mandatory situation to take a vote of confidence. Jaspa Nepal, which is not participating in the government, has recommended the parliamentary party to withdraw the support given by the central working committee to the government led by KP Sharma Oli. JSP Nepal Parliamentary Party has not decided on this.

Rameshwar Choudhary was the only minister from civil liberties besides UML in the Congress-led Sudurpaschim Province government. Even if Civil Immunity withdraws its support, the government has a majority as long as it stays with the UML. In the Far West, 27 MPs are needed for a majority. At present, there are 18 MPs from the Congress and 10 MPs from the UML (excluding the Deputy Speaker).

Civil Liberties Party President Ranjita Shrestha and Patron Resham Chaudhary, who have been debating on participation/support in the government, have agreed this time. After the Chief Minister of Far West, Kamal Bahadur Shah dismissed the Minister of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment, Rameshwar Chaudhary, the President of Civil Liberties, Shrestha, sent a directive letter to the parliamentary party to withdraw the support given to the government. In this her husband and party's  The

patron was the support of Silk. Ghanshyam Choudhary, the leader of the parliamentary party, said, "We have sent the letter of withdrawal of support to the Chief Minister, the Provincial Assembly and the Provincial Chief."
