Traffic will be operated from Thursday through the new bridge built on Vinayi river in Dumkiwas.
According to Ishwar Bahadur Rizal, chief engineer of Narayangadh-Butwal road project, eastern section, since the load capacity of the new bridge is strong, all vehicles will be diverted through Mahendra Highway from 11 am on Thursday.
After the iron bridge on Binayi river broke on 26th January last, vehicles were being operated by making a diversion in the river at that place. Then on May 24, the last part of the concrete bridge was sloped. After the bridge can handle the required load, the traffic will be operated continuously from Thursday.
