It was seen that Deusi played the role of 'cooling off period' and resigned: Anita Devi

Janmaat Party MP Anita Devi has said that high-ranking employees have expressed that they will resign if a 2-year 'cooling off period' is included in the Federal Civil Service Bill and pressured the top leaders.

In Wednesday's meeting of the State Order and Good Governance Committee under the House of Representatives, MP Anita Devi recalled that the chief secretary and secretaries were dissatisfied with the 'cooling off period'. When the

bill was registered in Parliament, Anita Devi, who was the Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration, said, 'It was seen that the leaders were playing tricks on the employees by saying that they would resign if the employees were given a 'cooling off period'.'

MP Anita Devi said that high-ranking employees inserted a provision that only lower-level employees would have a 'cooling off period'. However, she questioned the chief secretary and secretaries as to what would happen if the lower level employees resigned. If employees below the deputy secretary resign, they (chief secretary and secretaries) can also wait for 1 hour. Their weapon is the staff below the deputy secretary,' she said.

Anita Devi said that there was such fraud and conspiracy in the bill regarding civil servants and how to work on the bill including the police. She said that she thinks that there has been a rift in the relationship between the staff and the parliamentary committee.

MP Anita Devi said that there is a conspiracy in the Civil Bill. He said that the bill passed by the House of Representatives should be corrected by the National Assembly and moved forward. She said that the staff including the chief secretary should also support for that. She said that the fraud and conspiracy on the bill in the House of Representatives raised questions about the MPs as well as the staff.
