Apart from that, there are other districts who get 4 GPA.

Birendra Prasad Sah, deputy professor of Thakurram Multipurpose Campus Birganj, commented that the results of Madhesh are deteriorating because the teachers and the local level are not responsible for education. Education in Madhesh province is not a priority of the state. Even though the authority of the school level has come to the local level, they have not worked on education, the attention of the local level is seen only on infrastructure including roads,' he said, 'most of the teachers in Madhesh province seem to be busy with politics and contracts by colluding with the people's representatives.'

Deputy Professor Sah said that the results were affected due to the shortage of permanent teacher posts in Madhesh. "There is a growing demand for relief, temporary and contractually appointed teachers in schools. "Teachers are more concerned about job security than teaching," he said. He mentioned that even the parents' literacy rate in Madhesh is poor. "Despite being enrolled in school, the retention rate of students is poor. "There is a comment that there is no education in public schools," he said.
