From May 15 to June 16, 674 monsoon disasters have occurred. 31 people died and 112 people were injured in that incident.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, 25 houses were partially damaged and 11 houses were completely damaged in 87 landslide incidents during that period. One bridge, seven cowsheds and 14 quadrupeds died during the review period. Landslides have caused damage worth Rs 2 crore 21 lakh.
Similarly, four people died and four people were injured in 64 incidents of flooding. 123 families have been affected by the flood. Four houses were damaged.
In 82 incidents of lightning, eight people died and 20 people were injured. One person died and three people were injured in 45 incidents of hurricane.
There has been a financial loss of Rs. 260 million due to the disaster.
