However, the Ministry of Labor is working with structure and policy making to create employment opportunities within the country for those who are forced to go to foreign employment without finding a job.

Minister Bhandari said that it is a matter of serious concern that the employment opportunities within the country are not being properly utilized. He suggested to become self-employed in the country rather than going abroad for a small amount of money. Before

, he added, 'Nepalis are not the only ones who go to work abroad, but the number of people who come back with skills, knowledge and capital, even if it is little, is the same.'

Minister Bhandari asserted that five lakh labor force enters the Nepali labor market every year and said that if the labor force can be developed to increase their skills and abilities, employment opportunities within the country can be utilized.
