Shrikant Paudel, who is proposed to be a judge of the Supreme Court, has said that he will try his best to manage different cases.
He said this while speaking at the meeting of the parliamentary hearing committee on Sunday. He said that to make the judicial process transparent, predictable and fast, he will emphasize on making necessary changes in the different case management methods implemented in the High Court and District Court as scientific case management.
He said that the time management of the court's debate will be his priority. He said that he will actively participate in maintaining judicial governance.
He said, 'There is a different case management function. Different case management is to make necessary changes in the different case management system implemented in high court and district court as a scientific case management to make the judicial process transparent, predictable and quick. There is no necessary infrastructure. There are things that are not software. But it is necessary to implement it in the Supreme Court as well. If it can be expanded, it will do a lot to make the apathy towards the judiciary, the delay in the case, predictable. I will keep trying for that. The time management of the debate of the bench will be my priority. According to the circumstances of the case, I will take the initiative to manage the time of the debate in the case, to discourage unnecessary adjournment of the hearing, to manage the session by the bench, to have regular discussions with the Bar Association and others to demand a debate on complex cases.''
