An old video was posted on social media on Sunday saying that a bus carrying students had an accident in Sankhu. Old videos have been posted on Facebook from pages with different names.

A video has been posted on Facebook saying that a bus accident in Sankhu and the death of three students while returning from a Nagarkot picnic.

However, there was no bus accident in Sankhu on Sunday, informed Ramesh Thapa, police inspector of Metropolitan Police Division Sankhu. 'There has been no accident in Sankhu. They have spread fake news by posting old videos. We have been calling and asking from all over. It's surprising,' said Police Inspector Thapa. 

The video posted on Sunday is dated 27th January 2081. At that time, a bus carrying Kumbh Mela pilgrims from Surkhet had an accident near Babai.  Bus number 1 B 4331 had an accident at Surkhet 1 km before Babai.
