Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that Simkot, the headquarters of Humla, will be connected to the national road network in a few days.
Prime Minister Oli said today through social media that 'Humla is not far away' and mentioned that the 26-year wait to connect Humla to the road network has begun.
'Simkot, the headquarters of district Humla, which is yet to be connected to the national road network, will now be connected to the national road network in a few days. Our decades old dream of providing road network in Humla is coming true. After the construction of this road, Nepal will be connected to neighboring friendly country China through the Hilsa border," Prime Minister Oli wrote on social media.
