UML MP Surya Bahadur Thapa, who is leading the government, has strongly criticized Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh, who is leading the government from the Congress.

Thapa expressed his anger on Deputy Prime Minister Singh regarding the budget allocation of the Ministry of Urban Development. Thapa has also asked the Prime Minister to evaluate the ministers.

In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, Sasad Thapa objected saying that the Ministry of Urban Development is the most chaotic and has put forward 1,000 plans. Deputy Prime Minister Singh objected to the scheme recommended by the parliamentarians and said that the budget was kept in the name of his father.

UML MP Thapa also objected that Deputy Prime Minister Singh and Congress ministers have forgotten that there is a joint government. "When I look at the budget of the Ministry of Urban Development, I find that in honor of Ganeshman Singh, they are trying to find scattered funds in some districts. Friends told me that Prakashman Singh is his son, I don't know if he is or not, but the allocation of about 75 crores in exchange for the honor of Ganeshman Singh has gone wrong. It has been wrong to do this,' Thapa said, 'The Ministry of Urban Development has been seen as the most chaotic and chaotic ministry today. Attention has not been paid to raising the standard of living of the people. Small pieces and the leader's own father's, that is also discussed in the market.

MP Thapa objected saying that Urban Development Ministry has allocated the budget in a manner that insults Ganeshman Singh. "Do not plan the recommendation of the MP in the program of your ministry." Deputy Prime Minister, if you go around looking for Navy Sangh and Tarun Dal, it will not bring any result . The MPs of the ruling party said that your budget allocation will be reviewed by independent academics. I want to challenge, this is the situation,' he said.

MP Thapa's objection was that the Congress-led ministries did not accept plans of less than 30 million during the budget preparation. Plans of less than 3 crores should not be accepted. There are a thousand plans in the Ministry of Urban Development. What is it for? Is this a joke? Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Tourism, Sports, Women, Children and Social Welfare is this past ? What status has been demonstrated? How is it that the government's, the Prime Minister's, the Finance Minister's, the Planning Commission's ceiling limit does not apply?, asked Thapa.

Thapa was also angry that those who became ministers from the Congress forgot that it was a joint government. Should we feel that this is a joint government or not? What happens when the prime minister's party, the prime minister and the finance minister have to accept what others have to say? The ceiling is for everyone, it is for the country. This is a desperate situation,' he said.

MP Thapa objected saying that it is the ruling party parliamentarians who have to express their anger and frustration in the parliament. "Today we are on the side of the government but we are still crying". Friends who are in the opposition are doing the same. Yesterday, when he was in favor of the government, the minister whom we criticized for not making balanced allocations, has come here to the rostrum and is speaking like us today . He is speaking like an opposition member of parliament . Let's not look for a solution in destiny, let's look for a solution in the intention,' he said.

MP Thapa said that Sports Minister Tejulal Chaudhary took the budget only in his constituency and did not allocate budget even for the current plan in the municipality won by UML.
