The budget should be amended after listening to MPs: MP Khatiwada

”If you look at the budget, it seems that some were put on the way of the mother-in-law, some were put on the way to the elder mother-in-law's house, some were put on the way to the mother-in-law's house, some ministers said, this should not be a tradition.”

The budget should be amended after listening to MPs: MP Khatiwada

Ruling Congress MP Ramahari Khatiwada has demanded to amend the budget. At the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, MP Khatiwada said that after the discussion in the Parliament, the budget should be amended to cover the issues raised by the MPs.

Khatiwada said that it is necessary to change the tradition that no matter how much the budget brought by the government is discussed in the parliament, there is no need to amend it.

'There has been a representative minister elected by the people, we would have been very happy since the tradition of making the budget has started taking care of it . There is so much noise about the budget, there is an opinion that 'come, full stop' should not be changed, it should be changed . The voice of MPs should be listened to and changes should be made in the budget,'' he said. If the budget had been discussed beforehand, MPs, local people's representatives and ministers would not have had to listen to criticism from MPs . So let's start trying to bring it on the path of amendment.' MP Khatiwada said that the process of discussing the budget should be started in the parliament.

Likewise, MP Khatiwada said that the policy and behavior related to the multi-year plan of the Ministry of Finance has caused problems. "Now the Ministry of Finance has brought a policy, not to put the plan of less than 50 million in the multi-year plan," he asked, "Finance Minister, when giving the budget, it will be given as 30 million, if the plan below 50 million is not put into the multi-year plan, then only the big one will go to the multi-year plan. If only ministers go, MPs don't go.'

MP Khatiwada said that the attention of the government should be drawn to the fact that the ministers are allocating the budget at will. If you look at the budget, it seems that some of them have been put in the way of the mother-in-law, some have been put in the way of the elder mother-in-law's house, some have been put in the way of the mother-in-law, some ministers have said. This should not be a tradition. Distribute equally to all. It is to distribute the budget not only for the minister but for the country,' he said.
