Out of the mentioned four, three will be recommended . The government will appoint a member from among the recommendations.
There is provision in the government's act to establish the National Cooperative Authority for the regulation of savings and credit cooperatives and to have a chairman, an expert member and a chartered accountant. In which the executive and chartered accountants of the chairman and expert members remain in partial roles . The remaining directors of the authority include the executive director of the National Bank and the ex-officio member of the joint secretary of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation.
