National Independent Party Chairman Ravi Lamichhane has said that GB Rai has also been charged with organized crime and money laundering to trap him. Lamichhane, who is in Bhairahawa prison, has mentioned that the conspiracy against him has not ended yet through a public appeal.

"A person whose case has been pending in four districts, four high courts and later up to the Supreme Court (now the Parsa District Court has also been added) cannot even listen to the opinions of legal professionals," he said.

He says that even if GB returns from Malaysia with millions of dollars, there will be a conspiracy so that they cannot settle the accounts. Even if all cooperative victims in this country get their money back, the savers of GB Rai affiliated cooperatives will never get it. Initially, GB Rai was only charged with co-operative fraud. For that, a legal framework has been created to close the door of reconciliation,' said Lamichhane in the appeal.

He also accused political parties of conspiring against him after coming to the conclusion that political competition with RSVP can no longer be done through healthy and democratic methods and the heaven of loot will collapse.

'I decided to leave the media and enter politics, but how do I enter? "I had two options," he said, "Either to intervene within the established party, or to create a new party structure and undermine the established."

Lamichhane has disclosed that many of them refused to lead the party even though they approached him.   'From Sanduk Ruit to Kulman Ghising, from Rajesh Hamal to Anilkesari Shah, I begged many people to lead the party. Only after no one believed me did I register the party myself as the chairman.'
