The discussion on the Appropriation Bill continues in the House of Representatives. As soon as the speaker announced the names of the ruling party MPs to express their opinions on various aspects of the bill, the National Independent Party (RASP) MPs started leaving the meeting room.

What is interesting is that when it is the turn of the MP of the opposition party, the MP of RSVP will enter the meeting again. The RSVP, which has been protesting sometimes by wearing a blue neckband, and sometimes by pulling its pants in front of the well, seems to have adopted a strategy of leaving the meeting when the ruling MPs speak and entering the meeting when it is the opposition's turn.

RSVP Acting Spokesperson Manish Jha said that Veil stood in front of the MPs of the opposition party when they were giving their views on the appropriation bill and left the meeting when the MPs of the ruling party started speaking.

'We left the meeting after the MPs of the ruling party started speaking. We are in the parliament building. We will enter again when the opposition speaks,' he said.
