CPN (Maoist Centre) chief whip Hitraj Pandey has accused the government of rigging the House.

He accused the government of deceiving the House as the relevant ministers were not present in the discussion on the appropriated topic in the meeting of the House of Representatives.

He objected saying that the work of removing the agenda is still going on. He said that even though there has been a movement in the House for a long time, the government is unaware. Parliamentarians should follow the rules but the government should not follow them? asked.

He said, "The government has cheated this House so much." It cannot be explained. Again and again we get a to-do list, and again the to-do list is removed. Minister is not present when asked the reason. It has been so long since there was a movement in the House, there is no accountability for it. Honorable Prime Minister was present here. Not all ministers are present in today's agenda either. This matter is a matter for Parliament to look into. Today's discussion should not proceed without the presence of ministers. This is a flagrant violation of our rules. Regulations we have to follow, the government should not follow? How much injustice is this?'
