According to RSVP MP Manish Jha, the deputy leader of the parliamentary party, Virajbhakta Shrestha, had informed that they were wearing black clothes and blue ribbons in protest against human trafficking.
He said the blue ribbon is a global symbol against human trafficking. After informing the Prime Minister about the clothes, the Prime Minister wished him well.
MP Zha said, this blue ribbon is a global symbol against human trafficking. We're wearing it. We are also wearing a black dress. We have been protesting for the past 22 days. We have protested in about 15 meetings. We have continued even today. Another sign of protest is that everyone is wearing black. During the protest for 22 days, there was no statement from the country's parent Prime Minister. Had a meeting with the Prime Minister today in Parliament. He asked why such a dress. We informed that we are against human traffickers. He gave his best wishes.'
RSVP has said that even after the protest lasted for 22 days, the government was not interested, so they had to protest by wearing black clothes.
