The Patan High Court has continued the short-term interim order issued against journalist Dilbhushan Pathak.

The order was given by the joint bench of Justice Tank Prasad Gurung and Tikaram Acharya. 

In the order issued by the High Court, it is said, 'On the basis of the complaint that he has committed an offense from the material communicated, if the situation is not established that he should be arrested and investigated, do not arrest him/her until the end of the presented case'  

On Monday, a single bench of Patan High Court Judge Rishi Rajbhandari issued a short-term interim order while hearing Pathak's injunction petition. It was said in the order, 'A short-term interim order has been issued on the reader's injunction application.'

Journalist Pathak filed an injunction petition in Patan High Court after the Cyber ​​Bureau of Police obtained an arrest warrant from District Court Kathmandu. On the basis of the complaint given by Jayveer Singh Deuba, Cyber ​​Bureau of Nepal Police issued an arrest warrant against Pathak on Tuesday.

Jayveer is the son of Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba. Through his program 'Tough Talk', journalist Pathak talked about Jayveer Singh's involvement in the purchase and sale of Hilton Hotel shares, 'Jayveer Deuba's money in Hilton!' Video content was presented on the title.
