In the House of Representatives meeting, the opposition parties RSWP and RPP have continued to protest. They have continued their protest in the Parliament demanding the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar and a high-level commission of inquiry in the case of human trafficking under the cover of visit visas.

Even though the RSVP MPs remained in the well gherao during Thursday's meeting, they did not raise slogans. Earlier in the meeting, they also raised slogans. In Tuesday's meeting, RSWP MPs protested by wearing blue ribbons. RPP also boycotted the Parliament meeting on Thursday.

In Thursday's meeting, RSWP MP Hari Dhakal said that their movement against human traffickers is continuing. He alleges that the government ignored the fact that lakhs of Nepalis were being cheated. He also accused the home minister of refuting and answering the accusations against him while answering in the parliament, instead of slandering the voice of the people of the ground.  Amidst the

protests, Speaker Devraj Ghimire has taken the House of Representatives to the agenda. He did not put it on the agenda saying that Tuesday's meeting was interrupted.
