The Rashtriya Swatantra Party and the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party have continued to block the parliament even today. In Tuesday's meeting of the House of Representatives, MPs from both parties stood up and protested. As soon as the Speaker started the proceedings of the House, they stood up and protested.
Speaker Devraj Ghimire gave RSVP MP Chanda Karki Bhandari time to speak. MP Bhandari said that travel agencies, airlines, immigration department and the home ministry are also involved in human trafficking under the guise of visit visas. She said that it has tarnished the honor and dignity of Nepal.
She said that even though RSWP is constantly raising its voice against criminal activities, the government is not taking it seriously. She mentioned that this problem has been there since 2064 and now its web should be torn. In the
visit visa case, a high-level investigation committee has been formed and requested to take action against the culprits and establish good governance. Referring to the government's threats from Rostam, she made it clear that they did not call the Home Minister a criminal.
She demanded the formation of a high-level investigation committee or a judicial commission to break the web of human trafficking under the cover of visit visas and to give justice to the defrauded citizens.
