Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the main opposition party CPN-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal held a press conference at his private residence in Chitwan Shivnagar on Tuesday and defended the two-point agreement made with the government saying that Parliament had to be opened to enact important laws.
