Reminding that it is arranged to come to the Parliament in decent clothes, the question was raised whether the scarf worn by the parliamentarians of RSVP is part of the decent dress or not.
'It is arranged that you should come to this Parliament in decent clothes . This is the arrangement made in the regulation. In this parliament, some valid members are now wearing the scarf, does it belong to the dignified dress or not? Thus, if someone comes tomorrow wearing only half pants, comes in random dresses, wears anything, will it be kept within the dignity of the Parliament or not?,' he said.

They have been protesting the Parliament since May 13. Speaker Devraj Ghimire adjourned the meeting for half an hour after RASP MPs raised slogans in the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday.
