The debate on the budget has been affected when the RSVP surrounded the 'Well' of the House of Representatives and shouted slogans demanding a parliamentary or judicial inquiry into the visit visa issue.

UML MP Gokul Baskota said that the government should be thanked for this action. Baskota is of the view that the RSVP is going to make the government comfortable by staying on the policy of not speaking and not allowing others to speak in opposition to the

budget. "Actually, the government should thank the RSVP . They made it easy for the government without criticizing them and even by blocking the opportunity from others,' Baskota wrote on social media, 'Such an opposition is rarely found in the world during the budget.' Baskota has also termed the ongoing obstruction in the Parliament of RSVP as 'Lay Mileke Deusi'.

The opposition parties have been protesting in the House of Representatives since May 13. The main opposition Maoists and the opposition United Socialists withdrew their protest on May 30 by agreeing on two points, while the RSVP began to encircle the well and raise slogans from the same day. The ruling party has also been accusing the government of not taking any initiative to end the opposition to the RAS.
