The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire, has shown proactivity to remove the ongoing obstacles in the Parliament. On Sunday morning, Speaker Ghimire discussed with the chief whips and chief whips of the major parties, and also discussed the running of the parliament separately with the Acting Chairman of RPP Aryal and RPP Chairman Lingden.
Speaker Ghimire has also asked the parties to present themselves in Parliament with dignity. In the discussion held in the morning at Singh Darbar, the chief whip and the chief whip drew the attention of the Speaker saying that there were activities against dignity in the Parliament.
About this, Speaker Ghimire has asked RSVP Chairman Aryal and RPPA Chairman Lingden to present themselves in the Parliament with dignity. In a discussion with RSVP Acting Chairman Aryal in the working room at Baneshwar, Speaker Ghimire asked to change the nature of the obstruction saying that due to constitutional limits, the debate on the budget must be started. , RASP President Aryal promised to make the parliament competent, stating that their obstruction will continue.
Similarly, Speaker Ghimire has also asked RPP Chairman Lingden to understand the constitutional obligation and remove the obstruction of the Parliament. Speaking to Speaker Lingden on the telephone, Speaker Ghimire asked for his help in creating an environment for smoothing the House by placing his issues in the Parliament.
