60-65 percent of students pass SEE this year: Prime Minister

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that this year's SEE results will improve. Addressing the second phase of the 30th convocation ceremony of Kathmandu University on Friday, he assured that there will be improvement in SEE.

 

'48 percent of students passed in last year's results is a critical situation,' he said, 'the government is working on improving the said results, this year the government has estimated that 60 to 65 percent of students will pass.' He said that the government is aware of the development of the education sector along with the improvement in SEE.

Stating that education and health sector will play an important role in the development of the country, he said, "Educated and healthy citizens are the achievement of the country, the government is aware of the development of this sector."
