Today's meeting of the House of Representatives has been adjourned for half an hour.

Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced the start of the meeting and the opposition parties stood up . The Speaker asked the MPs to sit down to run the House, but they refused to sit down. He announced the adjournment of the meeting for half an hour.

The opposition parties have been obstructing the Parliament by demanding that Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar should resign and form an inquiry committee regarding human trafficking through visit visas.  Regarding the visit visa issue, the obstruction in the House of Representatives continues since May 13.
