If the state is given full authority, the dissatisfaction of the citizens will be reduced: President Yadav

President of Janata Samajwadi Party Upendra Yadav has said that if the central government gives full powers to the provinces and gives them an environment to work independently, the dissatisfaction of the citizens will be reduced.

He said that it is wrong to expect too much from the province by keeping resources and power at the center, and he claimed that social justice cannot be ensured when the country's budget is allocated by prioritizing the constituencies of powerful prime ministers, ministers and parliamentarians.

Focusing on the budget presented by the union government on the 15th and the budget to be presented by the state and local levels in the future, Chairman Yadav said that the budget did not touch the poor in a program held in Kathmandu on Monday. He said, "Whoever comes to power has a tendency to take the budget". It can be called looting of state property . The National Planning Commission is not inclusive. Remittances should bring balance to the import/export trade in the receiving country. In the program organized by

Federalism and Localization Center, he alleged that the political leadership is not clear on the issue of provincial structure. He said that the centralized mentality of the union government has not gone away by saying that they did not cooperate by not even making the necessary laws. He said that it is not clear what the structure of the province will be and there is a big gap between the three levels of government.

He said that the number of ministries in the province can also be reduced. He claimed that federalism was seen only in disguise. He suggested that the state and local levels should be coordinated for the implementation of federalism, saying that the youth who have passed MA have to work abroad. Yadav said that during the implementation of youth federalism, the speech of the leader was one behavior and another.

Emphasizing that the economic status of the population and citizens should be based on the allocation of the budget, he said that young people have migrated due to the inability to create jobs in the country.

When he went to Tribhuvan University, narrating the incident where a spider webbed a student's study room, he said that there is a situation where students do not stay in Nepal even to study political science. He expressed concern that now there is a situation where there are no students to study in the country.
