President of Janata Samajwadi Party Upendra Yadav has said that if the central government gives full powers to the provinces and gives them an environment to work independently, the dissatisfaction of the citizens will be reduced.
He said that it is wrong to expect too much from the province by keeping resources and power at the center, and he claimed that social justice cannot be ensured when the country's budget is allocated by prioritizing the constituencies of powerful prime ministers, ministers and parliamentarians.
Focusing on the budget presented by the union government on the 15th and the budget to be presented by the state and local levels in the future, Chairman Yadav said that the budget did not touch the poor in a program held in Kathmandu on Monday. He said that the number of ministries in the province can also be reduced. He claimed that federalism was seen only in disguise. He suggested that the state and local levels should be coordinated for the implementation of federalism, saying that the youth who have passed MA have to work abroad. Emphasizing that the economic status of the population and citizens should be based on the allocation of the budget, he said that young people have migrated due to the inability to create jobs in the country.
When he went to Tribhuvan University, narrating the incident where a spider webbed a student's study room, he said that there is a situation where students do not stay in Nepal even to study political science. He expressed concern that now there is a situation where there are no students to study in the country.
