In Kimathanka, the northern area of Sankhuwasabha, a border pillar on the Nepal-China border has been buried by a flood.
Abhishek Shrestha, Acting Chief of Police of the District Police Office informed that the flood that came with the incessant rain has buried the boundary pillar number 71 near the drain in the northern area of Bhotkhola-1 Kimathanka.
'The flood that occurred on June 18 in Dongoppa river and Chokang river in Bhotkhola-1 washed away the boundary pillar,' he said, 'The boundary pillar number 71 has been buried and disappeared.'
The district police office informed that the police were dispatched from the area police station Kimathanka after getting the information about the incident. It has been raining continuously for a few days in the upper region.
