The United Samajwadi Party has said that the corruption case against party president Madhav Kumar Nepal is political revenge and conspiracy. After the Authority filed a case against Nepal in the special court on Thursday, the secretariat meeting held, stating that there was political revenge and conspiracy against the party and the president, decided to retaliate politically.

Samajwadi has accused Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of taking revenge. In August 2078, the UML was divided and a unified socialist was formed. "Our conclusion is that filing a case against the President is a conspiracy attack taking political revenge," says Vice President Prakash Jwala, "We will counter it politically." He mentioned that the policy decision of the Council of Ministers is not under the authority's jurisdiction so far and has claimed that the government's shadow authority has come under the jurisdiction of Nepal. "It became a political vendetta and a conspiracy because the government's shadow came to power," says Jwala. After the

meeting, General Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal issued a statement and alleged that filing a case against President Nepal is a continuation of the conspiracy. "The current government has been plotting against our party since the past, inspired by the feeling of political revenge, and we have been making it public," he said. Any such conspiracy will be countered.

Samajwadi says that it is a serious matter for the authority to investigate the decision made by the cabinet.

 Jhalnath Khanal, the leader of United, said that it is a serious matter for the authority to interfere with the decision of the Council of Ministers. "Until now, the authority had not prosecuted the decision of the Cabinet like this," said Khanal. Senior Vice President and former Chief Minister Rajendra Pandey has accused the state of taking revenge on the party president Nepal. "All the decisions of the past cabinet meetings can become corruption cases, so no prime minister is going to be spared and another thing is that no prime minister or cabinet will take important decisions anymore," he said.

The former Prime Minister of Nepal, who returned to Kathmandu from his home district Rautahat after filing the case, consulted a legal expert about the case against him. He consulted senior advocates Shambhu Thapa and Govind Bandi.

You were accused of corruption in the Patanjali land case? 

I have not done any kind of corruption, I have not taken unfair advantage from anyone. No Minister has been instructed to do any improper act. If so, please submit proof. As far as an institution like Patanjali is concerned, no one can imagine any unfairness in a place with people like Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balakrishna. I have done nothing improper. All is a matter of law. 

Not a single piece of government land has been given. If there is something above the limit, if it is not reasonable, all the land can be taken back. Based on that, it cannot be considered that any crime has been committed, the intention is bad. If a decision has been made by the Council of Ministers, it must have been passed and moved forward after all the ministers have looked at it through various processes. I don't know if there has been any harm to the nation, even if it has happened, such an unfair thing cannot be condoned.

When the authority took the statement, didn't they say that this/that paper didn't arrive?

I have done nothing wrong on my part. I never imagined that this would happen in an organization like Patanjali.

If the case is registered in a prejudicial manner, how likely is it that the Lalita Niwas case will arise again?

I must have been bullied. 

How did you get the case even if you didn't bully?

You say I haven't committed any crime? And what charges did the authority register the case? 

Now what happened, I don't know that much. I also consult a legal practitioner. What is in the law, what documents came from various ministries at that time, who recommended what, who put loopholes, whether it was/was not addressed, I cannot say anything without understanding. 

You said that the decision was made for a good cause, so this case was registered in a biased manner?

I don't want to accuse anyone. I have not, nor should I, give orders for corruption out of any ill intention. I am opposed to such a thing.

The leader of your party, Rajendra Pandey, has said that a case has been registered under the direction of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, what is your opinion?

This is a simple matter. He (KP Sharma Oli) has been trying to end my political career from the beginning. Tried many times. He (Oli) is driven by revenge. 

A case was filed against you in Patanjali, what is your opinion about Giribandhu and Shera Darbar?

Now some say it out of revenge. They say that they raised such things when it happened to them. Let's see what happens next. But there is a court that sees everything. Nothing can be greater than justice. Nothing is greater than the truth. I am adamant about not being afraid, not being afraid.
