A fire broke out at Bamka market in Bajura on Friday afternoon. A fire broke out at Bamka Bazar on Budhiganga Municipality 6 Sanfe-Martadi road section.
Mayor Ram Bahadur Baniyan of Budhiganga Municipality said that more than 40 shops were completely destroyed in the fire.
According to Mayor Baniyan, the fire broke out due to gas leakage from Navadurga Hotel. Locals said that the fire could not be controlled in time because there was no fire engine.
