US President Donald Trump has asked Ukraine to be aware of the upcoming attack. After a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he asked to be aware that Russia might launch a major attack on Ukraine.
In the conversation with Trump, Putin said that he will respond to the drone attack by Ukraine on the Russian airbase. About his phone conversation with Putin, Trump said, "President Putin has said very firmly that Russia will respond to the recent attack on the airport." Russian officials declined to confirm the conversation on Wednesday night. But he said that military options are being discussed for response.
Trump wrote a post on the social network Truth and mentioned that there is no possibility of immediate peace between Russia and Ukraine from the phone conversation that lasted for more than an hour.
