The CPN United Socialist Party has concluded that the corruption case against President Madhav Kumar Nepal is a political revenge and a conspiracy.
After filing a case against Nepal on Thursday, the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has decided to respond politically, saying that it is political revenge and conspiracy.
"It is concluded that filing a case against the president is a conspiracy attack taking political revenge," Vice President Prakash Jwala said, "We will counter it politically." CPN S has claimed that the authority has not looked at the policy decisions made by the Council of Ministers so far and that the government is under the authority of the shadow authority in suing Nepal.
"Since the shadow of the government is in power, there is political vendetta and conspiracy," Jwala said.
In the case of embezzlement of Patanjali land, the Authority has filed a corruption case
on Thursday in the special court, making the former prime minister and the chairman of CPN-S Nepal as defendants.
