First President of the Republic of Nepal Dr. Ramvaran Yadav has said that the day when the federal democratic republic was established in Nepal should be taken as the day when the people became free citizens.

During the 'I am a Citizen, I Build Nepal' program held on Monday night at the historical Durbar Square complex in Bhaktapur, Yadav said that he should be more committed to the interests of the republican common people. He said that the program will give a message to the youth of the country that they will do something in their own country
