The official information of the agreement reached between the government negotiation team and the public transport business on Monday midnight has reached the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Office.

According to Krishnaraj Panth, the coordinator of the government negotiation team, the Ministry of Home Affairs was informed at 10 am and the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport was sent to the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport at 11 am. "I understand that the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport has sent information to the Prime Minister and Cabinet Office around 12 o'clock," Panth said, "The Prime Minister's Office will now send a letter to the Gandaki government. We have completed our duty.

Panth said that this issue will be resolved quickly as the agreement was made according to the internal consensus of the high level. It was agreed to write a letter to the Gandaki state government to postpone the 'ride sharing' regulation.

After Gandaki Province made arrangements for four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles with registration certificates for private purposes to transport passengers like public vehicles, the businessmen announced a protest program with 7-point demands.

Businessmen have not allowed short, medium and long distance public vehicles to run since Monday. Although there is an agreement with the federal government, the transport businessmen have been saying that they will withdraw the closed program only after the Gandaki government suspends the regulations.

Before this, the then government under the leadership of KP Sharma Oli proudly announced the end of syndicates in public transport seven years ago, but the businessmen have once again brought the syndicate to the Oli government to cancel the rights of the province. To break the monopoly in public transport, the then government announced the end of the syndicate on 4 Baisakh 075. Coincidentally, Oli was also the Prime Minister at that time.
