Earlier, in the incident of 15th March, the public prosecutor's office has prepared separate charge sheets against 50 and 11 persons, including RPP Senior Vice President Rabindra Mishra and General Minister and MP Dhavalshamsher Jabara, Durga Prasad Prasai, and filed a case according to Section 32 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074 . 11 people have been registered under criminal nuisance and others have been registered as individual cases. Now the testimony has started in the district court. A case has also been filed in the Juvenile Court against four children accused of being involved in violent demonstrations.

During the protest, Avenues Television journalist Suresh Rajak and 29-year-old Sabin Maharjan of Kirtipur-4 were killed, while 20 protestors were injured by police firing.
