Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has commented that the allegations leveled against him regarding the case of illegal extortion of visit visas are motivated by political bias rather than facts and grounds. He also said that it is wrong to connect the investigation started on an employee by the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission with the leadership of the relevant ministry before it is completed.
