The opposition party Rashtriya Prajatantra Party has demanded the resignation of the Home Minister. The meeting of the parliamentary party of the party held in Baneshwar on Tuesday has decided to demand the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Ukhtar on moral grounds.
Narrating the decision of the meeting, RPP Chief Whip Gyan Bahadur Shahi said that the Home Minister should resign on the basis of ethics.
He said, 'On the basis of ethics, it has been decided to demand the resignation of the Home Minister. Also, in the meeting of the parliamentary party held today, the honorable Prime Minister has expressed that the demonstration to be held by RPP and other parties on June 15 will incite violence in violation of the Constitution of Nepal. The prime minister will have to respond to that expression.'
